My educational/professional background:
I have an Associates Degree in General Studies with a Pathway in Arts, and am currently enrolled in the UCLA Extension Program for Early Childhood/Education. I started my career as a K-5 Art & Cooking instructor for an after school program (where I was introduced to Clairbourn) and quickly fell in love with teaching. I later became an assistant teacher for 4th grade and still continue to teach after school classes.
I choose to teach at Clairbourn because:
The people and the work environment. Everyone is extremely kind and down to earth. The community is amazing!
My favorite Clairbourn tradition is:
I am unaware of any traditions at Clairbourn thus far, but am extremely excited to learn & celebrate them!
What brings me joy is:
Being around the most important people in my life. My partner Cody, my family, my friends, and of course- my pets! I also love the beach and enjoy the New England snow.
