Personal Attention and Small Class Size
We chose Clairbourn because of the small class size where each student is engaged in learning and participates in all activities, from academic work to music, to sports. Everyone has an opportunity.

The academic experiences at Clairbourn have been exceptional. The solid foundation in grade school, in preparation for middle school, is phenomenal. One of the important elements is the teacher-to-students ratio. Due to their small classes, each student can have full and personal attention from the teachers. As a result, each student can participate and think independently and yet are able to work and collaborate with other students.
I believe that participation and interactive learning are two elements that helped our daughters most in terms of academics. They have the opportunity to participate in all kinds of activities in school. One example that we especially like is public speaking which the students learn at a very young age in the Morning Assembly. Another example is their emphasis on reading that totally turned around our daughters’ interest.
